1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how acejl ("acejl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform at acejl.co, collects, processes, stores, and shares personal data relating to users and visitors ("you") of the acejl website and platform. This Policy applies to all acejl products and services, including the online casino, sports betting, bingo, and all promotional activities conducted through the acejl platform.

2. Data Controller

For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act, acejl acts as the personal information controller ("PIC") in respect of the personal data of its registered players and website visitors. As PIC, acejl determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that processing is carried out in compliance with the DPA and all applicable regulations. 3. Data We Collect

3.1 Identity & Contact Data

When you register for an acejl account, we collect personal data necessary to establish and verify your identity and to fulfil our obligations under Philippine AML and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. This includes: full legal name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and copies of government-issued identification documents (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, driver's license).

3.2 Financial Data

To process deposits and withdrawals, acejl collects financial data including: GCash mobile number, Maya account identifier, bank account details (account name and number for BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported banks), and payment transaction history. acejl does not store full card numbers or CVV codes. All payment data is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.

3.3 Gaming & Transactional Data

acejl records all gaming activity associated with your account, including: games played, bets placed, wagering amounts, game outcomes, bonus claims and usage, and session durations. This data is maintained for regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.

8. Data Retention

acejl retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods mandated by Philippine law and regulatory requirements:

• Account and KYC data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with AMLC and PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction and gaming records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction.
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years following the resolution of the relevant inquiry or dispute.
• Technical and log data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, unless required for longer retention in connection with an ongoing security investigation.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized.
